Developer Services

Sterling has extensive expertise in working with Developers as a team member in the establishment of community Associations as required by Oregon State Statutes. We offer management / consultation from the initial stages of planning and set-up of the community Association to working through the transition and eventual turnover of the community to owner control maintaining the continuity of management services to the Association.
