Communications
Periodic communications with the membership is important in maintaining a healthy community. Members have the right to be aware of Association activities and how they impact the value of their housing investment. Sterling can work with the Board of Directors through newsletters, web sites and other communications tools to meet the needs of the community. Well-informed members are more likely to understand and support community policies and projects, and provide support to Board members.
